We are strategic thinkers and creative problem solvers. We build unique and custom experiences and understand that to truly engage a guest, ideas must be realized down to the smallest detail. We share a passion for every part of the design process and a strong logistical foundation to produce events to the highest quality standard. For us, there is no challenge too great! We love to take on exciting new endeavors and bring together the perfect partners, vendors, and team members for each project.
Ali Carlisle
With a masterful combination of strategy, creativity, and execution, Ali loves to design experiences that meet clients needs and deliver the biggest bang for the budget. With a focus on quality control throughout every phase of the project, Ali loves to nerd out on a spreadsheet and develop strong workflows in order to ensure client goals and objectives are met. She has a passion for understanding the most cutting edge technologies and using her creativity to ensure that every aspect of an event shines.
A Tulane University graduate, Ali discovered her love of events producing several nationwide event series, experiential marketing campaigns, and international product launches while at Zagat and Google in New York, NY. More recently, Ali produced large scale conferences and food and beverage industry events in her roles at The Idea Village and Dinner Lab.
Audrey Voelker
Audrey has a passion for ensuring the comfort and happiness of her clients, their guests, sponsors, and partners. She is a resourceful asset to any client with her range of vendor relations and strategic thinking. Audrey values the guest experience as highly as aesthetics and logistics and has an intuitive understanding of how to build an environment that moves an audience and delivers on the goals of her clients.
She began her career in the film and television industry in New York, NY where she built a solid foundation in production and logistics. In her more recent roles at The National WWII Museum and The Idea Village, Audrey produced multi-day grand opening celebrations, awards ceremonies, fundraising galas, national donor cultivation events, cocktail receptions and conferences.
